Closure Order Rockmount Estate

Plumstead and Glyndon Safer Neighbourhood Team has today (17/04/2026) obtained authority from Bromley magistrates court for a partial closure order on the following communal areas.

-Galena House Communal Areas.

- Beryl House Communal Areas.

- Crystal House Communal Areas.

- Marble House Communal Areas. 

Notices have been places by the Local Safer Neighbourhoods Teams on entry and exit points and within the stairwells of the addresses. 

This comes off the back of multiple complaints regarding anti-social behaviour within the communal areas of these buildings.

Thank to local residents we have been able to collate enough evidence to go to court and have a magistrate approve a partial closure order starting today 17/04/2026 10:30 AM until 17/07/2026 10:30 AM.

Please have a read of the notices if this is effecting you in regards to what this means for residents. 

If you see anyone within the communal areas of the stairwells please call police and state a closure order is in place for the area.

This makes it a arrestable offence if someone is found within an area where a closure order is active and refuses to leave.
